Quotes and engagements
Quotes we provide are fixed for the scope described in them and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Any engagement is governed by the written agreement we sign together, which takes precedence over these terms.

Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property in work we deliver transfers to you on full payment. The Codelab Australia name, wordmark and this website's design remain ours.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
